"I started playing field hockey when I was 12. I have dedicated so much of my heart, energy and soul to my sport. I could never imagine putting anything in my body that might harm me. I have worked too hard on my fitness and strength to just trash it. I eat right, lift weights, exercise, hydrate, and treat my body like my temple. After all, it’s the only one I have. Why mess with it?"

- Mimi Smith, Field Hockey, Pan American Games silver medalist, NCAA national champion

Campers should pack light for their stay with us. Most days, campers wear practice uniforms. So, except for a couple of comfortable outfits to wear during the week during our camp outing, there is no need to over pack.

Laundry is washed once during each two-week session. Please mark ALL your child's clothing with a laundry marking pen so that our laundry staff can identify campers clothing.

We strongly urge parents not to send campers with additional money to keep in their rooms. If you would like to provide your child with additional spending money for our trip to the amusement park (entrance fee is already covered), please deposit it with the camp staff during registration check-in.

Note: Campers are not allowed to bring portable TVs, cooking equipment, popcorn poppers, fireworks, matches, knives, fire hazards or weapons of any kind.
