During camp, parents are welcome to call the camp director or assistant directors to discuss their child's progress. Campers are allowed to make phone calls only at the end of each week or when given permission by the staff.

Campers are encouraged to write letters home while they are at camp so that you can find out how they are doing. We also highly encourage you to send letters to your daughter while she is at camp. Campers love to receive mail from home.

PLEASE do not call you daughter directly unless you have first spoken with a director. Also, PLEASE do not send your daughter to camp with a cell phone. (If you do, the cell phones will be taken by staff members for safe keeping until the weekend when campers are permitted to call home. After a call home, staff members will then retrieve the cell phone for safe keeping again until the final day of camp.)

Note: This policy is to assist girls who are homesick. Although your daughter may not be homesick during her stay at camp, other campers are affected by the calls received and placed by campers.
